Requirements

If youth meets the following criteria, please click here to submit a request: SUD Treatment Referral

• Youth must be under 21 years of age
• Targeted for Medi-Cal or uninsured
• Resident of San Francisco

If youth is over 21 years of age, please contact Adult Services to get help: (415) 503-4730

If youth is in the foster care system, the social worker will first need to contact Foster Care Mental Health (FCMH) at (415) 970-3877 to start the referral process.

Tratamiento por uso de sustancias (SUD) para jóvenes

Si un joven tiene problemas con el uso de sustancias, la ciudad de San Francisco ofrece servicios de tratamiento por uso de sustancias.
