BEHAVIORAL HEALTH PROGRAMS
Our Behavioral Health Programs
For more than 40 years, Horizons has offered culturally and linguistically competent Youth Substance Use Early Intervention and/or Outpatient Treatment using a harm reduction model. To strengthen the program’s capacity to address co-occurring disorders, Mental Health services were added to our menu of services. Understanding the value that culture plays in recovery and healing, staff incorporates a culturally competent approach to services that engender the trust and rapport needed for a meaningful therapeutic relationship.
Horizons is currently licensed with the California Department of Health Care Services, Certification number 380059AN, expiration date: 2/28/25.
